Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
