The Site Foreman will be responsible for supervising construction workers on site and ensuring that daily activities are carried out according to the project plans and schedule. The foreman will coordinate labor, materials, and equipment, enforce safety procedures, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and to the required quality standards. The Site Foreman will also report progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager and help resolve on-site challenges.
Education Requirements
· Grade 12 School Certificate.
· Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Professional Registration
· Membership or registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
· A valid practicing license from the Engineering Registration Board of Zambia (ERB).
Experience Requirements
· Typically 2–3 years of practical experience in building construction or civil engineering projects for degree holders.
Additional Skills
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
· Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
