Bricklayer will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks, or stones to construct and repair walls, partitions, and other structures according to drawings and specifications. The role includes mixing mortar, aligning materials accurately, and ensuring strong, level, and durable masonry work while maintaining quality and safety standards on site.
Education Requirements
· Grade 12 School Certificate.
· Craft Certificate in Bricklaying and Plastering
Experience Requirements
· 1–3 years of practical experience in bricklaying or masonry work on construction sites.
· Ability to lay bricks and blocks, mix mortar, and interpret simple building drawings is required.
Additional Skills
· Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
· Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
· Ability to work from drawings and maintain quality workmanship.
