Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technician Intern located in Lusaka. The IT Technician Intern will assist with troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, delivering training when necessary, and ensuring the proper maintenance of IT equipment. The intern will also support the customer service team by addressing client inquiries regarding technical concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience in Technical Support and foundational knowledge in Information Technology systems and hardware
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and provide satisfactory solutions
- Ability to provide Training sessions and demonstrations to clients or team members
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies
- A diploma or equivalent education in Information Technology or a related field is an advantage
- Valid Manual drivers licence
