What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out sales of IT Products and Services and customer services activities of allocated portfolio of customers. Ensuring effective management of portfolio of allocated customers and ensure regular planned contact with the customers. Be expected to meet and exceed set revenue targets by cross selling and upselling of IT Products and Services in focus to the portfolio of customers. The ideal candidate needs to have a proven history of being able to work independently and drive sales on their own without too much supervision.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING IT PRODUCTS.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a strategic plan that accounts for current and future market forces and movements. This must include operational milestones that drive the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Responsible for building a customer base and ensuring they are exposed to IT Services and Products across the different product offerings that we offer as an organisation.
- Establish and enhance relationships with strategic customers and partners to create market dominance.
- Ensure a customer and sales orientated mind set is implemented. Drive customer experience improvement.
- Responsible for the management and effectiveness of all processes, including the identification and mitigation of strategic risk.
- Design and execute on the sales plan.
- Manage sales activities to meet agreed targets and corporate objectives with the agreed budgets.
- Ensure data quality and integrity on Salesforce is kept at the agreed levels.
- Assist in exceeding revenue targets by promoting and selling various IT related solutions and services, visit potential customers to ensure they procure the services and or solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Sales specifically of IT related products and services.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Experience
3 to 5 Years’ experience in Account Management Role. Sales Operation/Support will be an advantage. Must be able to work unsupervised and be results and targets driven
