· As minimum a Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies/ Information and technology
studies or any similar qualification.
· Must have at least 3 to 5years of experience.
· Administer information technology and computer systems requirements.
· Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
· Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
· Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
· Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
· Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
· To ensure that the fully computerized internal and external sales team works efficiently.
· Install and input all material in Stock on Bar Code and ensure Electronic Security parallel
with Stores Control.
· Connect and ensure that all electronic facilities and Accounts Management is working
with Pastel, Sage evolution, Belina, Jobsys.
· Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required.
· Designing new computer systems and frameworks.
· Troubleshooting technical issues.
· Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and
improvement areas.
· Assist all end-users with their IT and technical equipment in relation to hardware matters.
· Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with
stakeholders for review and approval.
