Black and Gold Events, a premier event styling and décor company in Zambia, is pleased to announce a call for expressions of interest from qualified venue owners or operators in Lusaka. We are seeking a strategic partnership to expand our service offering and deliver exceptional, full-service event experiences.
With a strong reputation for excellence, Black and Gold Events specializes in:
· Luxury Décor Hire: A comprehensive inventory including Tiffany C Ghost chairs, cross-back chairs, banquet tables, premium linen, fine cutlery, glassware and bespoke centerpieces among others.
· Event Infrastructure: Full setup for weddings, kitchen parties and corporate functions.
· Luxury Vehicles: Elegant transport solutions featuring classic cars, luxury SUVs for bridal entrances and VIP transfers.
The Partnership Opportunity
To better serve the growing demand for integrated event solutions, we are looking to partner with a Lusaka-based venue owner or operator. The collaboration will combine Black and Gold Events’ high-quality décor and event infrastructure with your venue to offer clients a seamless, end-to-end experience.
This is not a rental agreement but a strategic partnership. We will work together under a mutually agreed profit-sharing framework to deliver memorable events while maximizing business returns for both parties.
Partner Requirements
Interested companies or individuals must meet the following criteria:
· Own or operate a venue within Lusaka.
· Location must be within 30 kilometers of the Lusaka Central Business District (CBD).
· Venue must have adequate car parking facilities for guests and service providers.
· Open to a structured, formal partnership agreement with transparent profit- sharing.
How to Express Interest
Please submit the following information by 5:00 PM on 15th April, 2026 :
1. Company or Individual Name and contact details.
2. Venue Name, Location and distance from Lusaka CBD.
3. Brief description of the venue, including capacity, key features, at least 5 pictures and car parking details.
