• Assist Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance within the assigned region, with a strong focus on acquiring and onboarding new merchants across all distribution channels.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager to proactively identify, target, and recruit high-value merchants to grow the customer base and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure merchant satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
• Actively manage and grow the merchant portfolio through retention strategies and consistent upselling of products and services.
• Provide ongoing support to merchants in line with company standards, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills to consistently convert prospects into active merchants.
Organizational Alignment
• Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications
· Grade 12 School Certificate
· Diploma in Business related qualification
· 1 year experience in similar position
