WAREHOUSE / STORES CLERK
A reputable company is seeking to recruit a Warehouse / Stores Clerk to join its operations in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Position: Warehouse / Stores Clerk
Location: Lusaka
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control systems.
- Issue spare parts to the workshop and other departments as required.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of IVECO spare parts and other materials.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in stock audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to warehouse operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience working as a Warehouse/Stores Clerk.
- Strong knowledge and experience in IVECO spare parts is mandatory.
- Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer skills and experience with stock management systems will be an added advantage.
- Must be a resident of Lusaka.
- Strong organizational skills, honesty, and attention to detail.
