REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR ASSORTED ITEMS
Caritas Czech Republic (CCR) is a non-governmental organization operating in Zambia.
On behalf of Caritas Czech Republic, I hereby invite reputable supply companies to submit quotations for (Assorted items) for the Caritas Czech Republic in support of field activities under the Department of Forestry.
The following are the specifications:
Selection Criteria:
The quotation will be awarded to the technically and administratively compliant bidder that is the most economically advantageous taking into account the quality of the items on offer.
Quotations will be evaluated on the criteria listed below:
- Price (total implied cost of the procurement, transportation, installation and VAT inclusive) – lower competitive prices will be prioritized
- Quality – products best matching the above-specified parameters in this call will be given Priority. Proven ability to install required improvements. This can include warrants and relevant post-sale services.
- Delivery Timeframe - Supplier able to deliver with 5 days after contract signing will be prioritized
- Reputation/Credibility-Supplier must show ability to supply and demonstrate good relations with CCR or other reputable organizations.
Contents of the offer
Quotation based on current prices (Transportation, installation and VAT inclusive) and specifications in this call for quotations, signed, stamped and with validity mentioned.
Delivery time frame.
CCR reserves the right to settle for only some of the quoted supplies AND/OR select a combination of more than one supplier AND/OR increase/decrease the volume of procurement. In case of the above-described changes in the volume of procurement, the supplier will be informed before placing the order and has the right to decline this suggestion.
