Business Development Officer (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue strategic partnerships, funding opportunities, and revenue-generating initiatives for the hospital
- Support proposal development, concept notes, and engagement with donors, corporate partners, and local stakeholders
- Lead market assessments for hospital services, wellness packages, and private sector opportunities
- Coordinate branding, service promotion, and community outreach initiatives in line with Chreso Ministries’ mission
- Track business performance, prepare reports, and support sustainability planning
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Development Studies, Marketing, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or resource mobilization (health sector experience is an added advantage)
- Strong proposal writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results
- Alignment with Christian values and organizational mission
