Purpose of Engagement
We are seeking to onboard reputable and experienced audit firms to be included in our approved supplier database and considered for current and future audit assignments.
Scope of Services
Interested firms should demonstrate capacity and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Financial Audits
- Internal Audits
- Forensic Audits
- Tax Advisory
- Risk & Compliance Services
Eligibility and Requirements
Interested firms must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Valid ZICA Practicing License
- Registered with PACRA
- Valid TPIN and (where applicable)VAT Registration
- Proven experience in audit services
- Demonstrated track record of at least three (3) similar audit assignments completed within the last five (5) years
- Qualified and experienced key personnel (CVs required)
Submission Requirements
Interested firms are required to submit:
- Completed Auditor Expression of Interest Form
- Certificate of Incorporation
- ZICA Practicing License
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Company Profile
- CVs of Key Personnel
- Reference Letters (if available)
Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on:
- Compliance with regulatory requirements
- Relevant experience and track record
- Technical approach and audit methodology
- Capacity and qualifications of personnel
