We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of proven experience and strong expertise in cost management, project delivery, and the use of Total Station equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all quantity surveying functions across projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Carry out accurate site measurements and surveys using Total Station
- Monitor project costs, cash flows, and financial performance
- Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and final accounts
- Manage tendering processes and contract administration
- Provide strategic cost advice to project teams and management
- Supervise and mentor junior QS staff
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 5–10 years’ experience in quantity surveying (construction/infrastructure projects preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Total Station surveying equipment is essential
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC or similar is an advantage)
- Excellent cost control, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS software
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
