ABACUS360 seeks to recruit an experienced, results-driven Finance Manager - Projects for its client.
Location: Lusaka
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a key liaison between operational teams and the Finance function
· Ensure effective financial planning and cost control across within approved budgets
· Oversee inventory/stock control and manage cash flow
· Monitor receivables and payables, and follow up on outstanding payments
· Prepare, review, and present financial reports to senior management
· Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
· Oversee weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting
· Support budgeting, forecasting, banking and collections
· Lead the preparation of annual departmental and organisational budgets
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
· ACCA or CIMA qualification
· Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience
· Experience in finance management, project management and leadership
· Proficient in Sage Evolution (Pastel) and Belina Payroll
· Experience in business planning, budgeting and forecasting
· Clean driver’s licence
· Self‑motivated, mature, honest and able to work under pressure
