CLEANING SERVICES

ISL invites sealed tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide comprehensive, professional daily cleaning services across the ISL campus on an ongoing contract basis.
AREAS TO BE CLEANED
- Offices & staff areas
- Classrooms & learning spaces
- Ladies & gents toilets
- Boardroom & reception
- Corridors, halls & windows
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 19 cleaning staff
- On-site supervisor at all times
- Uniforms & PPE for all staff
- All chemicals & equipment included
- Valid police clearances required
COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS
- PACRA company registration
- ZRA tax clearance certificate
- Public liability insurance (min K1M)
- NAPSA employer registration
- Client references (minimum 2)
PRICING: All quotes must be submitted on a per-person per-month, all-inclusive basis covering salary, allowances, PPE, chemicals, equipment, meals, NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, workers' compensation, insurance, overheads, and VAT (16%). Minimum 19 staff.
