1. Bachelorβs Degree in the relevant field (Masterβs Degree is an added advantage)
2. Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology (PGDT)
3. Proven teaching experience at college or university level is an added advantage

5. A mindset for innovation, impact, and continuous improvement
