Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.
1. Field Dairy Extension Officer
Job Overview
To support and develop dairy farmers by improving milk production, quality, and farm management practices to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality milk.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and enhance milk production among farmers
- Recruit and onboard new dairy farmers
- Conduct sensitization on disease control and seasonal risks
- Encourage and support cattle farming initiatives
- Provide technical support on milk production, quality, and farm management
- Conduct farm visits to assess milk quality and recommend improvements
- Train farmers on best practices in milk handling, storage, and transportation
- Facilitate training on dairy management, animal health, and nutrition
- Monitor milk quality and report issues
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and stakeholders
· Collaborate with veterinarians and other experts
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agriculture, or related field
- Experience in dairy farming or extension services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
2. Welder (Fabrication & Maintenance)
Job Overview
To perform welding and fabrication tasks in support of manufacturing and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding using Arc, MIG, and TIG techniques
- Fabricate metal components according to specifications
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts
- Repair and maintain machinery and structures
- Inspect and repair damaged equipment
- Follow health and safety procedures and use PPE
- Ensure all welding meets quality standards
- Inspect completed work and correct defects
- Maintain tools, equipment, and records
- Report faults, delays, or material shortages
- Support production and maintenance teams
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Trade Certificate in Welding/Metal Fabrication
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
3. Trade Marketing Manager
Job Overview
Responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales across retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Manage and develop retail channels
- Oversee campaigns, in-store promotions, and POS materials
- Manage budgets and resource allocation
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams
- Build and manage relationships with retail partners
- Track performance and provide data-driven insights
- Lead and develop the trade marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- Minimum 7 years’ experience (5 years in leadership) in FMCG
- Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Project management and leadership experience
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, POS, and analytics tools
- Experience in procurement and development of POS materials (local and international vendors)
- Proven experience running consumer activation campaigns (in-store, digital, mobile, WhatsApp, etc.)

4. Fitters (3 Positions)
Job Overview
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment in the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance during shifts
- Maintain standby equipment
- Execute preventive and annual maintenance plans
- Ensure adherence to maintenance targets and standards
Requirements
- Mechanical Diploma or equivalent
- 3–4 years’ experience in food or related industries
- Strong hands-on maintenance experience (pumps, compressors, gearboxes, etc.)
- Knowledge of safety practices
5. Stores Officer (2 Positions)
Job Overview
Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing supplies for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stock counts and inventory audits
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Verify goods received against purchase orders
- Ensure proper storage and hygiene standards
- Issue stock accurately
Requirements
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supply
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail
6.Electrician (3 positions)
Job Overview
The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. Must be knowledgeable in electrical codes and safety regulations, and capable of reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
- Inspect electrical components such as circuit breakers.
- Diagnose electrical problems using specialized tools and equipment.
- Ensure electrical systems comply with local and national electrical codes.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Minimum Requirements - Education, Experience and Skills
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Craft Certificate /Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification
- At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance of fixed plant equipment.
- Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and project management software
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
