We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented order person to join our team .The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders ,coordinating deliveries and ensuring accurate record -keeping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Receive and and process customer orders.
2.follow up on ending orders and deliveries
3.maintain accurate order records and filing systems
4.Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
2.Diploma in Business Administration ,Sales purchasing and supply or related field is an added advantage.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4.Strong organizational and time -management skills
5.Ability to work under minimal supervision.
