Technician – Home Appliances Repair
Tesla Zambia, empowered by Sbeity Computer Limited, is seeking to recruit a skilled and experienced Home Appliances Repair Technician to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and repair home appliances, including:
- Microwaves
- Refrigerators and Freezers
- Washing Machines
- Dishwashers
- Electric Ovens
- Cookers
- Air Conditioners
- Water Dispensers
- Vacuum Cleaners
- Other household electrical appliances
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of appliances.
- Install and commission electrical home appliances where required.
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure all repairs are completed in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide professional customer service and technical support.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Test in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Refrigeration, Appliance Repair, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in repairing home appliances.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be honest, reliable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
