We are looking for a Stock Controller / Display & Inventory Officer to manage our stock and ensure products are properly displayed, counted, monitored, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all products are neatly arranged and attractive on display.
- Monitor product displays and maintain a clean, organised showroom or store.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when items are running low.
- Receive and check incoming stock.
- Record stock received, issued, sold, or transferred.
- Ensure customer and company deliveries are prepared and dispatched on time.
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure they reach the correct destination.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly recorded stock immediately.
- Assist with general warehouse and stock management duties.
Requirements
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Must be responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with stock records.
- Previous experience in stock management, warehousing, retail, or inventory control will be an advantage.
- A history in stock management would be necessary
- Grade 12 Results
