Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in on-the-job training across various departments.
- Assist senior engineers and supervisors in daily operations.
- Learn and apply industry best practices to improve efficiency and production.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support operations.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and readiness to take up challenging roles.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering (or related field).
- Strong academic record and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Must be a recent graduate (within the last 2 years).
- Applicants should preferably be residents of Lusaka or willing to relocate.
