Position Overview:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role oversees all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, communications, product marketing, and market research. The Head of Marketing works closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure marketing supports revenue objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team to achieve high performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements when required.
