Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
WAITRESS
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
- Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12 .
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a waitress in a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented, punctual, and customer-oriented.
BARISTA
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and snacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Assist in managing coffee supplies and inventory.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a barista in a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and presentation standards.
SALES ASSISTANTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers and assist with product selection.
- Maintain display standards and ensure shelves are well stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product knowledge and after-sales support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12 .
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a coffee shop or high-end restaurant environment.

CASHIER
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer transactions accurately.
- Manage cash, POS systems, and daily balancing of sales.

JUICE MAKER (FRESH FRUITS – JUICE BAR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh fruit juices and smoothies.
- Ensure fruits are washed, handled, and stored hygienically.
- Maintain cleanliness of the juice bar and equipment at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to orders promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking ingredients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience making fresh fruit juices in a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of different fruit combinations and presentation styles.

CLEANER
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Assist with general housekeeping duties as required.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cleaner in a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
