Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Field Agent located in Lusaka. The Field Agent will be responsible for providing field services, effective communication, customer service, and recruiting drivers. Additionally, the role includes developing sales strategies and meeting sales goals while representing inDrive on-site.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service and Training
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills and ability to meet targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Ability to work on-site in Lusaka
- Previous experience in the mobility or urban services industry is a plus
