Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food, exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a motivated team. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and organizational skills with a passion for hospitality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Manage restaurant budgets, control costs, and track financial performance.
Customer Service
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and promptly handle complaints or feedback.
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and enhance the overall dining experience.
Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff (kitchen, service, and bar teams).
• Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and monitor staff performance.
• Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork and accountability.
Sales & Marketing
• Work with management to implement promotions, events, and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Administration & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Enforce company policies and ensure operational standards are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
