DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. Pick customers calls and attend to their needs/demand
2. Call customers when necessary
3. Offer online services/help to customer
4. Explained our services, give advice in respect to the company's policies and the procedure to accessing our services
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Computer knowledge and skill
2. Certificate or Diploma in Marketing and Customer Engagement will be an added advantage
3. 1 to 3 years experience in real scenarios of customers engagement.
4. Two treasable reference of previous work experience.
