Job Title: Branding Specialist/Brand Manager

Summary
The job holder will be responsible for building brand awareness, maintaining brand image, and executing MSport’s brand promotion activities in Zambia.
He/She will work closely with the other Regional Brand Manager and global brand lead to implement campaign plans, manage social media and offline executions, and ensure consistency of the MSport brand across all communication channels.
Job Descriptions:
The Branding Specialist is responsible for the hands-on execution of integrated brand campaigns and local marketing initiatives in Zambia.
This role requires strong project coordination, social media management, and offline activation execution, ensuring all brand touchpoints align with MSport’s global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotions to grow brand awareness in Zambia.
· Manage local MSport social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and ensure consistent tone, message, and visual identity.
· Coordinate with internal teams including design, PR, and global brand to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials and campaign content.
· Assist in developing and executing offline activations, local partnerships, and outdoor brand exposure to strengthen MSport’s local presence.
· Collect, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance data and provide timely feedback to the Regional Brand Lead.
· Contribute to the preparation of campaign reports and performance insights to inform future activities.
· Monitor online mentions, user feedback, and local media to support PR risk control and reputation management.
· Research and analyze local market trends, user behavior, and competitors’ brand activities to support localization of strategy.
· Ensure on-time delivery of campaign assets, compliance with brand guidelines, and alignment with all corporate and legal standards.
· Act as the main on-ground contact for all local brand-related matters, ensuring effective execution of HQ-driven strategies.
Job Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in brand execution, campaign coordination, or brand marketing, sports betting industry experience is preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; marketing or communication-related certifications are an advantage.
· Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and executing both online and offline brand campaigns.
· Strong understanding of Zambia’s media landscape and consumer culture.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
· Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and commitment to brand quality.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
· High sense of ownership, reliability, and passion for sports and marketing.
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Gross Salary: ZMW 4,000 - ZMW 6000
