1. TRAINING MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
• TEVETA Accreditation is a must.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, Training & Development, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• A Teaching Methodology qualification or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in academic administration, training coordination, or management within a learning institution.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee academic operations, training schedules, and quality assurance.
• Supervise lecturers and ensure effective program delivery.
• Coordinate curriculum development and review processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provide mentorship, performance support, and staff development initiatives.
• Carry out other academic and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
2. HEAD OF DEPARTMENT – ENGINEERING PROGRAMS
Minimum Requirements:
• TEVETA Accreditation is a must.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field (Electrical, Automotive, Mechanical, etc.).
• Teaching Methodology or Technical Education qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching or training within engineering programs.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all programs under this department and ensure effective delivery of curriculum.
• Supervise lecturers and support academic planning.
• Coordinate practical training, workshops, and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with TEVETA and institutional quality standards.
• Participate in curriculum development and program reviews.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
3. HEAD OF DEPARTMENT – MANAGEMENT STUDIES
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related field.
• TEVETA Accreditation is a must.
• At least 5 years’ experience in teaching, training, or academic administration.
• Strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all business and management-related academic programs.
• Supervise lecturers and ensure quality delivery of lessons.
• Monitor student performance and support curriculum development.
• Ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements.
• Represent the department in academic meetings and planning sessions.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be Accredited with TEVETA
-For Diploma Programs: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the relevant field
- For Certificate Programs: Diploma or higher qualification in the relevant field.
- A Teaching Methodology or Technical Education qualification is desirable.
- At least 5 years of teaching or industry experience in the relevant field.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver lectures and practical lessons at certificate and/or diploma levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials.
- Conduct continuous student evaluations and maintain accurate academic records.
- Participate in curriculum development and institutional meetings.
-Carry out additional academic or administrative duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
5. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Diploma or Higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in an accounting or finance role.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in recording and reconciling financial transactions.
· Preparing Monthly & Annual Financial statements
· Filling PAYE, NPASA, NHIMA & Rental Tax Return
· Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and petty cash reports.
· Support preparation of monthly financial statements.
· Maintain ledgers and assist with audits.
· Handle student fee receipts and deposits.
· Assist in preparation of financial reports and budgets.
· Process payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
· Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial policies.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
6. STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICER
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Public Administration, Education, Guidance & Counselling, or related field.
-At least 2 years of relevant experience in student services or administration.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle student registration, welfare, and disciplinary matters.
-Coordinate student activities and maintain student records.
-Serve as a link between students and management.
-Provide guidance and support to students on institutional policies.
-Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management.
7. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
Minimum Requirements:
-Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
-At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Promote the institution’s programs and brand to prospective students and partners.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
-Manage social media pages and digital marketing initiatives.
-Conduct market research and student outreach programs.
-Undertake any other marketing or administrative tasks as assigned.
8. FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
-Diploma or Certificate in Front Office Operations, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
-Proficient in Microsoft packages
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise reception operations and ensure efficient client service.§ Handle phone calls, inquiries, and visitor management.

13. PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER
Minimum Requirements:

• Teaching Methodology, Teacher Training, or ECZ teaching certification is required.
• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience at primary level.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and child-development skills.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans and use appropriate teaching and learning materials.
