Role Overview
Cinitec is seeking a highly driven and experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, solution selling, and revenue growth.This role combines technical understanding, consultative selling, and account management, with a strong focus on identifying business gaps and proposing technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and onboard new clients (Individuals, SMEs, Corporates)
Conduct client discovery sessions and business gap analysis
Translate business needs into tailored IT solutions and proposals
Drive revenue growth through new sales, renewals, and upselling
Manage and grow strategic client relationships
Contribute to the identification of new service lines and revenue opportunities
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in any IT-related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Sales, IT Account Management, Technical or EnterpriseSolutions Sales
Proven track record of sales excellence is a strong added advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
