1. HR and Administration Officer (1)- Kitwe
Key Responsibilities
o Support day-to-day administrative operations.
o Maintain accurate records and documentation.
o Handle office correspondence and manage schedules.
o Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
o Manage office supplies and inventory.
o Assist with financial and budgeting tasks.
o Support HR initiatives, such as recruitment and onboarding.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
o Provide general administrative support as needed.
o Collaborate with finance for payroll administration and compensation.
o Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
o Full Grade 12 Certificate.
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
o 2 years experience in administration and human resources.
o Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
o Computer literate.
o Must have good office etiquette.
2. Personal Assistant (Lusaka) 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the Managing Partner.
- Prepare, draft, and manage internal and external correspondence including emails, reports, and letters.
- Maintain organized filing systems for HR documents, legal files, contracts, and finance-related records.
- Assist in HR and finance administration, including expense tracking and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Draft meeting agendas, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor office supplies and support procurement processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Partner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management (or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or administrative support role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and uphold confidentiality.
3. Legal Consultant- Kitwe
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice and support to the Managing Partner and clients on a wide range of legal matters.
- Draft, review, and advise on legal documents, contracts, opinions, and correspondence.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare legal opinions, briefs, memoranda, and reports.
- Handle and advise on litigation matters, including court appearances, case strategy, pleadings, filings, and overall case management.
- Maintain proper management of legal files, contracts, and case records in line with professional standards.
- Monitor and manage critical deadlines, court dates, and legal timelines, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with courts, regulatory bodies, clients, and other external parties as required.
- Perform any other duties necessary to support the firm’s legal operations and client mandates.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Admitted Advocate with a minimum of 2 years’ post-admission experience.
- Strong legal drafting, research, analytical, and advisory skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and deliver results under pressure.
4. Legal Intern- Kitwe (2)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Managing Partner and legal team with day-to-day legal tasks.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and basic contracts.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, briefs, and memoranda.
- Assist with litigation matters, including court filings, case preparation, and attending court sessions where required.
- Help with file management, record-keeping, and organization of legal documents.
- Track deadlines, court dates, and follow up on assigned matters.
- Liaise with courts, clients, and other stakeholders under supervision.
- Perform any other duties assigned to support the firm’s legal work.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
- Strong interest in legal practice and willingness to learn.
- Good legal research and basic drafting skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle tasks responsibly.
