To accelerate market penetration and exponentially grow our footprint, we seek a dynamic, high-performing Corporate Sales Manager in Zambia with a proven track record in B2B sales, market expertise, and an exceptional network. This leadership role is designed for a strategic sales driver hungry for business expansion, particularly targeting businesses and commercial clients in key cities across Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Business Expansion:
- Drive aggressive growth strategies to rapidly scale revenue and market share.
- Develop and execute high-impact sales plans tailored to to the Corporate market focusing on client acquisition and retention
- Spearhead C-level negotiations with key business partners, enterprise clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee large-scale partnerships, ensuring seamless integration of MPower’s product offerings into urban commercial and Industrial sectors.
- High-Value Client Acquisition & Market Penetration:
- Build and leverage an extensive professional network to identify and secure major accounts.
- Proactively expand sales channels by forging relationships with corporate partners, and high-net-worth clients.
- Lead strategic client engagement, effectively communicating the value proposition of MPower products and services
- Revenue Optimization & Sales Strategy Execution:
- Design and implement multi-channel sales strategies with strong ROI-focused metrics.
- Define long-term revenue growth strategies, ensuring financial sustainability and scaling operations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine offerings, promotions and product strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:
- Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and operations to maximize business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the local sales and after-sales team, instilling a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Work closely with the executive team to shape strategic business decisions and ensure targeted actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master degree or MBA + 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales & business development, ideally in clean energy or related industries.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills and within Zambia’s commercial sector.
- Strategic visionary mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make decisive moves.
- Strong expertise in financial forecasting, KPI tracking, and revenue scaling techniques.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
