We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support the team in managing the company’s communication channels, overseeing blog and social media presence, and assisting the sales team in driving revenue growth, onboarding new clients, and converting prospective leads into active customers.
🚀Marketing Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team by providing localised market insights, audience behaviour and relevant trends.
- Create and suggest social media content ideas that resonate with Zambian SMEs, entrepreneurs, and creatives.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of video content production, including feature pieces, testimonials, street interviews, and business education content·
- Scouts for real Zambian business stories to be featured in campaigns.
- Provide feedback on current campaigns and suggest improvements based on local feedback.
🚀Sales Responsibilities
- Educate potential customers on our products, highlighting how they address and resolve real business challenges.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Schedule demos, onboarding assistance, and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback to Marketing team regarding lead quality and trends.
- Track all sales activities in the CRM to ensure pipeline accuracy.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field ( Preferred but not mandatory)·
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales & marketing, communications or business development experience
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting and digital marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Creative mindset with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong problem solving mindset with a customer first approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
