1. Claims Data Entry Operator
Job Purpose
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining data within our ERP system. This role also involves regular communication with clients and requires strong written and spoken English skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and third parties via phone and email to record and document claims.
- Accurately enter and update data in the system within required turnaround times to ensure information remains current.
- Verify data accuracy before and after entry to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Manage information in line with confidentiality and data security standards.
- Liaise with internal departments to provide updates on claims, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills
- College qualification (preferably in Insurance or a related field).
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good computer literacy with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

2. Underwriting Assistant
Underwriting Assistant
Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Underwriting Assistant to support the underwriting team in processing insurance policies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating risks, preparing documentation, and communicating with clients and internal departments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist underwriters in reviewing applications, policy documents, and supporting information.
- Prepare quotations, endorsements, renewals, and policy documentation in line with company guidelines.
- Accurately capture and update underwriting data within the system to ensure records remain current.
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and internal departments regarding policy requirements and updates.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation before processing.
- Maintain proper filing, record-keeping, and confidentiality of underwriting information.
- Support the underwriting team in meeting turnaround times and service standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- College qualification (Insurance, Business, or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of insurance underwriting principles is an advantage.

3. Client Services Representative
Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Services Representative to manage client relationships, coordinate insurance services, and ensure timely delivery of policy documentation. The ideal candidate will maintain high service standards, communicate effectively with clients, and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client relationships, including pre- and post-renewal engagement, follow-ups, and monthly check-ins.
- Coordinate with insurance services, claims, and accounts to ensure accurate documentation, timely quotations, policy delivery, and premium collection.
- Maintain and update client records, asset registers, payment plans, and visit schedules.
- Promote the ERP system and gather client feedback to improve service delivery.
- Prepare and submit monthly engagement, performance, and activity reports.
- Escalate high-priority client issues to senior management as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- College qualification (Insurance, Business, or related field preferred).
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
