Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion
1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote academic programs and college
activities.
2. Produce engaging promotional materials including brochures, social media content,
newsletters, and digital ads.
3. Maintain and update the college’s social media platforms, website content, and online
presence.
4. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to guide improvements.
Student Recruitment
1. Plan and execute student recruitment activities such as school visits, open days,
community outreach, and career fairs.
2. Respond to inquiries from prospective students in a timely and professional manner.
3. Support the Student Affairs Manager in developing yearly recruitment targets and
strategies.
4. Build and maintain a database of prospective students and recruitment leads.
Brand Management
1. Ensure consistent use of the college’s brand identity across all channels and materials.
2. Promote the college’s values, mission, and achievements through storytelling and
strategic communication.
3. Produce high-quality photos, videos, and stories highlighting college activities and
student success.
Stakeholder Engagement
1. Build strong working relationships with partner schools, local communities, regulatory
bodies, and professional organizations.
2. Represent the college at external events and exhibitions.
3. Collaborate with internal departments (academic, admissions, administration) to ensure
alignment of marketing efforts.
Reporting & Administration
1. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for the Student Affairs Manager.
2. Monitor and manage the marketing budget within assigned limits.
3. Maintain records of marketing activities, recruitment data, and engagement metrics.
