Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Branch Sales Person to support daily branch operations. The role involves managing float and cash distribution to agents, delivering excellent walk-in customer service, and ensuring accurate mobile money and SIM-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage float and cash distribution to agents
- Ensure accurate record keeping and daily reconciliation
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers
- Perform accurate mobile money transactions
- Conduct SIM registrations in line with regulatory requirements
- Process SIM swaps and PIN resets
- Sell mobile devices and related products
- Prepare daily transaction and sales reports
- Support the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Full grade 12 certificate
- diploma in business Administration or any related field
- Exceptional integrity and attention to detail
- Experience as a mobile money retailer or in a similar role
- Strong financial literacy and cash-handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
- Basic computer skills and report preparation ability
- police clearance (Finger prints)
- Must reside around (CHAWAMA,MAKENI)
