Position: Sales Manager
You will be responsible for driving loan origination, managing sales teams, building partner networks (dealers/agents), and ensuring high-quality loan portfolios through diligent prospecting and compliance.
This role bridges sales growth with risk management, ensuring that sales teams meet volume targets while adhering to credit policies.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue/loan disbursement targets.
Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor loan officers or agents to enhance their sales performance and product knowledge.
Dealer/Partner Management: Identify, build, and maintain relationships with referral partners, such as manufacturers, dealers, and appliance retailers to drive new business.
Loan Process Oversight: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and application submission to approval and disbursement, ensuring adherence to credit standards.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to refine product offerings, pricing strategies, and identify new market opportunities for growth.
Collections & Portfolio Health: Monitor the performance of the generated portfolio, contributing to delinquency management and installment recovery.
Performance Monitoring: Use CRM tools and dashboards to track KPIs, such as conversion rates and sales volume, reporting results to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in lending/ higher purchase or financing sales, with 2-3+ years in a supervisory role.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan products/ Higher purchase (secured/unsecured), credit procedures, and regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC, lending regulations).
Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
