TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

EQWPE is a growing garment manufacturing company focused on building strong internal systems, consistent sizing, and efficient production processes. We specialize in uniform production and are strengthening our Product Development department.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Documentation Officer to support our Product Development team. The role is responsible for preparing and managing all technical information required for garment production, ensuring that all styles are properly documented before production begins.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth communication between Product Development, Cutting, and Production.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare tech packs for all garment styles
Maintain:
measurement specification tables
size charts
grading tables
Prepare cut plans indicating:
styles
sizes
quantities to be cut
Support WIP (Work-In-Progress) tracking
Ensure all required documentation is complete before production starts
Work closely with:
Pattern Makers
Sample Makers
Cutting & Bundling team
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all styles
Minimum Requirements
Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in:
Fashion Design
Clothing Technology
Tailoring
or a related field
Must be computer literate (this is a must)
Strong ability to work with Excel or similar tools
Basic understanding of garments and measurements
Ability to read and interpret specifications

Knowledge or exposure to any of the following will be an added advantage:
Garment production processes
Technical documentation or tech packs
Pattern making or measurements

Works within the Product Development Department
