Coordinates and supervises effectively preparation of responses to audit queries in order to facilitate decision making

Coordinates and supervises timely preparation of monthly expenditure statements in order to monitor levels of expenditure
Damages and losses
Coordinates and supervises timely preparation of registers of damages and losses in order to facilitate recoveries of government funds and property
Recoveries
Coordinates and supervises timely recoveries of loans and advances in order to facilitate repayments
Financial Reports
Coordinates and supervises timely preparation of financial reports in order to facilitate decision making
Performance Management
Coordinates timely development of individual and departmental work plan in order to monitor and evaluate performance
Supervision
Supervises effectively human, financial and material resources in Accounts Department in order to attain the set objectives of the section

**QUALIFICATIONS
- GRADE 12 CERTIFICATE
- BACHELORS DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING, ACCA,ZIMA OR EQUIVALENT
- MASTERS DEGREE IS ADDED ADVANTAGE
- ACCA ACREDITED
**SKILLS AND COMPETENCE
- Communication Skills
i) Written Skills: Able to write comprehensive reports
ii) Oral Skills; Able to communicate effectively in English
***Other Skills/Attributes
- Computer literate, very good in Microsoft excel, trust worthy and honest
- Able to conducting clearing for imported goods
- Able to aid in auditing
