We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Solutions Sales Intern to support our sales team in identifying business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and promoting our software solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and technology-driven solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in lead generation and qualification activities
- Participate in client outreach through emails, calls, and networking platforms
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Attend sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends
- Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team
Key Requirements:
- Completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Strong interest in sales, technology, and software solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of software products and IT solutions is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively
