About the Role
As the Operations Lead at Rivuuz, you will be responsible for strengthening operational structure, accountability, and systems discipline across the business.
You are the operational bridge between leadership, teams, systems, and execution. Your role is to ensure that work is properly coordinated, tracked, followed through, and executed consistently across the company.
A major part of this role is enforcing operational discipline. This includes ensuring systems are followed properly, identifying operational breakdowns and bottlenecks, improving workflows, and helping build scalable operational systems over time.
Your work directly affects execution quality, team accountability, operational consistency, and the company’s ability to scale effectively.
This is a highly coordination-heavy and systems-oriented role that requires strong ownership, structured thinking, operational discipline, and follow-through.
Primary Job
To ensure that the business operates in a structured, organised, and accountable way through strong operational coordination, systems discipline, scorecard management, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination & Execution
● Coordinate operational priorities and follow-through across the business
● Ensure tasks, commitments, and deliverables are clearly tracked and completed
● Maintain visibility across operational activities and team execution
● Follow up consistently to ensure operational commitments are met
● Drive clarity, structure, and accountability in day-to-day operations
Meeting Rhythm & Scorecard Management
● Run and coordinate weekly operational meetings and team rhythms
● Manage and maintain the company scorecard
● Ensure scorecard metrics are updated accurately and consistently
● Track operational performance and highlight gaps or concerns early
● Ensure meetings result in clear owners, actions, and follow-through
Systems Discipline & Process Enforcement
● Ensure company systems and processes are consistently followed
● Reinforce operational standards and accountability across the team
● Identify where workflows are breaking down or being bypassed
● Reduce operational inconsistency through stronger systems discipline
● Improve operational clarity and reduce confusion across workflows
Systems Improvement & Operational Optimisation
● Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring issues
● Recommend and implement workflow and process improvements
● Help improve and strengthen operational systems over time
● Contribute to building scalable systems, workflows, and SOPs
● Work with existing operational tools and help improve how they are used
Team Coordination & Accountability
● Support alignment across different operational functions and priorities
● Ensure team members are clear on priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines
● Hold team members accountable to agreed operational standards
● Escalate unresolved operational issues where necessary
● Support a culture of ownership, discipline, and follow-through
Tools & Operational Systems
● Maintain accurate operational visibility through company systems
● Work across digital tools used for task tracking and operational coordination
● Help improve adoption and consistency of operational tools
● Support structured operational workflows and reporting
● Learn and adapt to new systems and tools as the business evolves
Performance & Continuous Improvement
● Monitor operational performance and execution quality
● Identify patterns affecting operational efficiency and accountability
● Improve operational coordination and execution consistency over time
● Contribute to building a more scalable and efficient business operation
● Continuously improve systems, structure, and operational workflows
Key Skills & Attributes
● Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in operations, coordination, project management, or similar roles
● Strong organisational and operational planning ability

This role requires strong communication, operational discipline, and consistent follow-through to ensure the business runs smoothly and systems are properly maintained and followed.
This role is critical to Rivuuz’s ability to scale effectively, improve operational consistency, and reduce operational chaos.
