PEST AND PALLET CONTROLLER – NOVATEK LUSAKA (x1)
The Required Skills for the role include:
• Inspecting buildings and premises for signs of pests, infestation and bird activities
• Identifying invading pests, including rats, cats, termites, cockroaches and mosquitoes.
• Determining the type of treatment needed to eliminate the pests.
• Determining the dimensions of the area needing treatment.
• Using baits and set traps to eliminate pests.
• Carrying out pest management plans.
• Applying pesticides in and around buildings.
• Creating barriers to prevent pests from entering the warehouses.
• Maintaining the environmental hygiene.
The Required Qualifications are:
• Grade 12 certificate
• Certificate in pest control
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to pest control and pallet management.
• 1-year relevant experience
