Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Contracts Division Director in daily operations.
- Prepare and manage client quotations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in driving sales and maintaining client relationships.
- Handle debt collection processes with professionalism and tact.
- Maintain organized records and assist in contract documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth contract execution.
