Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify business opportunities and present relevant BGS products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
