Weaverbird Group is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing portfolio . If you have a strong background in sales, a passion for marketing, and deep familiarity with the Zambian building and industrial sectors, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
l Assist in developing and executing sales strategies for chemical products
l Has experience with ABE,SIKA or BASF
l Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
l Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
l Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and product demonstrations
l Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
l Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
l years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in chemical industries.
l Strong understanding of building materials,chemicals, and related products
l Excellent communication and negotiation skills
l Ability to work independently and as part of a team
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
l Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
l Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
