About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Signage Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves the manufacture, installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of signage, including illuminated signs, vinyl graphics, digital displays, and way finding systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair indoor and outdoor signage
Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles, windows, walls, and sign panels
Assemble illuminated and non-illuminated sign systems
Perform basic electrical work for LED and illuminated signage
Operate tools and equipment safely (ladders, lifts, power tools)
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and work orders
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and company standards
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in signage installation or a related trade (preferred)
Basic electrical knowledge (for illuminated signage)
Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Experience with vinyl cutting, wide-format printing, or CNC equipment
Certifications for working at heights, EWP, or electrical work
Background in construction, graphics, or fabrication
