- Valid copies of certificate of registration and incorporation
- Valid ZRA tax registration and tax clearance certification
- Proof of at least 2 Recent trade references
- PACRA Registration (Print out)
- Fully filled in Supplier Registration Form
- For IT-related goods and services, proof of accreditation as support centres or solution providers for companies.
