The Business Development Manager – Real Estate is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s real estate portfolio through strategic client acquisition, partnership development, and successful deal execution. The role requires a results-driven, mid-to-senior level professional with strong negotiation capability, a proven record of closing high-value transactions, and the initiative to independently originate business opportunities.
The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Identify, develop, and implement strategic business development initiatives within the real estate sector.
- Source and secure new clients, investors, and strategic partners to support business growth.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close property transactions and investment deals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and investment briefs for prospective clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic reports on revenue, targets, and growth performance.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, and client engagements.
