Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactive maintenance of the IP Network
- To restore and recover the service based on SLA (Temporary and permanent solution) on the IP Domain
- Implement disaster recovery and Contingency Plans on the IP Network
- Escalating to CS and R&D and providing the required information
- Second line support to field maintenance team and Enterprise Dept
- Output technical trouble shooting cases
- Routine preventative maintenance and analysis on all network elements
- CR implementation supervision
- Release and data management (such as back up)
- IPBB and IP related dimension and planning
- Implementation for expansion, Rehoming and integration
- End to end optimization (planning and implementation)
- Reporting: regarding KPI Daily, weekly and monthly. Make reports regarding to Faults and handed on time
- Providing training plan for FLM and FO
- Conduct routine Health checks and Service quality improvement actions
- Ability to learn Automation and support with IP Domain Automation

Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in IP network
- Experience in Huawei or Cisco IP equipment’s is a must
Education
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or better
- Having Huawei or Cisco certification minimum CCNA level or equivalent
