In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.
1. ELECTRICIAN (6 Positions)
Job Overview
The Electrician will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal plant availability.
Key Responsibilities
l Install, commission, and test electrical equipment and machinery.
l Perform routine and preventive maintenance, as well as repairs on electrical equipment and machinery.
l Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
l Fabricate and modify electrical components and equipment as required.
l Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with quality control requirements.
l Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
l Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare relevant reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
l Trade Certification or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
l Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as an Industrial Electrician.
l Strong electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
l Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
l Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
l Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
l Good reporting and documentation skills.
l Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
2. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – BOILER & RO (3 Positions)
Job Overview
The Preventive Maintenance Supervisor (Boiler & RO) is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for boiler systems and reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment plants. The role ensures maximum equipment reliability, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and the availability of utilities to support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
l Maintenance Planning & Execution: Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, shutdown, and overhaul activities for boilers and RO plants; monitor equipment performance to prevent failures.
l Operations & Troubleshooting: Supervise the daily operation of boiler and RO systems; diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process faults.
l Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety standards; implement LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce 5S protocols in utility areas.
l Reporting & Documentation: Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and performance logs; report on uptime, costs, and energy efficiency while supporting regulatory audits.
l Team Leadership: Supervise Boiler Technicians, RO Operators, and Maintenance Staff; allocate work, provide technical guidance, and drive skill development.
l Continuous Improvement: Reduce breakdowns and maintenance costs through Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), reliability initiatives, and efficiency upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
l Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
l 3 to 10 years of experience in boiler and water treatment plant maintenance within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
l Strong knowledge of boiler/steam and RO systems, troubleshooting, reading technical drawings, safety & compliance, leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
3. MACHINIST (2 Positions)
Job Overview
The Machinist will be responsible for machining, fabrication, and repair of mechanical components to support plant maintenance and ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
Key Responsibilities
l Carry out machining works in accordance with HSE standards.
l Operate lathe, milling, drilling, and other workshop machines.
l Maintain workshop equipment in good, safe working condition.
l Fabricate and repair machine parts as required by the maintenance teams.
l Maintain proper housekeeping (5S) within the workshop area.
l Participate actively in safety and continuous improvement activities.
l Reporting Line
l Reports directly to the Workshop Manager.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
l Craft Certificate in Machining or equivalent technical qualification.
l Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a heavy machine shop environment.
l Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
l Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. FITTERS (3 Positions)
Job Overview
The Fitters will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery within the manufacturing facility to minimize operational downtime.
Key Responsibilities
l Carry out mechanical repair and maintenance activities during assigned shifts.
l Maintain standby and auxiliary equipment in good working condition.
l Conduct preventive and annual maintenance activities as scheduled.
l Ensure achievement of plant-specific 5S, Top 5, Top 15, and Top 60 targets.
l Maintain high standards of equipment reliability and workplace safety.
Minimum Requirements
l Mechanical Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
l Minimum of 1–4 years’ experience in the food industry or related manufacturing industries.
l Hands-on experience in repairing pumps, blowers, compressors, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.
l Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance procedures and equipment safety
l Good understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental practices.
5. FORMING OPERATOR (2 Positions)
Job Overview
The Forming Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining forming machines to ensure high-quality products are produced safely, efficiently, and to exact specifications. The role directly supports production targets while minimizing waste and machine downtime.
Key Responsibilities
l Set up, operate, and monitor forming machines according to SOPs and product specifications.
l Check machine settings, molds, and tooling regularly to ensure correct product formation.
l Conduct rigorous in-process quality checks and report any defects immediately.
l Ensure all finished products meet required weight, shape, size, and appearance standards.
Minimum Requirements
l Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering field is an advantage.
l Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production engineering or machine operation role within a manufacturing environment.
l Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical instructions.
l Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
l Ability to work effectively and stay alert in a fast-paced environment.
