The Role
EcoHive Energy Systems is seeking a creative and highly motivated Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support business growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, producing engaging content and strengthening EcoHive's market presence across Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google.
- Generate qualified sales leads for the sales team.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Create engaging graphics, videos and written content.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions and events..
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Build relationships with media partners and other stakeholders.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and referral campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in digital marketing or brand management.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads and social media marketing.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
